Although this song is the kind of juvenile effervescent jingle that’s tailor-made to pander to the lowest-common-denominator tastes of post-millennial GenX and GenZ hip-hop social-media audiences … I think this song still deserves a bit of credit for both creativity endeavour and for making a strong social statement supporting the worldwide environmentalist manifesto.
The entire world is today seeing slow but mass-scale degradation of land, water resources and flora and fauna, food and sustenance …
This song reminds us of the ravage and abuse of the same earth that we have inherited from our ancestors …
If we want to “Enjoy” whatever is still left of the natural legacy that mankind possesses on this planet today … we must respect it and take much much better care of it . In the horrible times of Covid we live in today … the rather crude, pedestrian lyrics in this song come across as both ambitious and profound in its sincere intent .
The visuals in this video are rich and the colours are vivid . It does not look or sound like the usual silly run-of-the-mill vapid video productions that populate and sometimes pollute the YouTube ecoworld.
I hear this video has gone viral all over India! Not a wonder !
Bravo !
