How does a Taiwanese-origin immigrant with an Australian accent wake up after surgery with an Irish brogue?

This is really bizarre, isn’t it! It’s probably because:

Maybe she caught a new virus during surgery?

Maybe they fed her too much Irish potato stew in hospital ?

Maybe they wrongly implanted her brain during surgery with a Taiwan-made chip intended for a robot meant for export to an assembly-line medical-equipment factory in Ireland but then due to a terrible mix-up got diverted to Australia with she carrying it now inside her head ?

Next time you check in for surgery into a hospital make sure you get special medical insurance cover for your accent .
