The Pew Research now declares it now as official what we all already knew was a fact of the human world : If you’re young , male and wealthy you don’t need religion in your life ! Capitalism, of course, is the real religion for you to embrace and practise.
1. The wealthier you are the less you’ll care for religion . If you’re a HNWI (high net-worth individual) you are most likely to be either an agnostic or an atheist …. or else some kind of a rationalist or spiritualist keeping your imperious distance from religious life and beliefs.
2. If you’re a woman you’ll tend to care for religion a little more than your man.
3. If you’re young and carefree , you’ll care far less for religion than your elders in your family circles will be .
The moral of the Pew story seems to be implied as follow:
A) religion thrives on poverty
B) religion is the opium of women more than it is of men
C) Religion is really made for only old people to take solace from.
The corollary is this : if you want to destroy any religion in the world ,turn the people into HNWIs , skew the gap in gender ratio in favour of the female and engineer the demographics so that the younger populations outnumber the middle-aged and elderly ….
